The first quarter brought a burst of energy, new projects, fresh inspiration, and plenty of reasons to celebrate, so we picked 10 standout moments that made a lasting impression. Our First New Year's Party
Right at the beginning of January, we decided we deserved a little reward, so we hosted our very first party for clients, partners, and friends. The evening had everything: great vibes, amazing food, a hidden room with a fortune teller, and a DJ. Judging by the feedback, the event was a big success, and it reminded us how great it is to connect with all of you in a relaxed, informal setting.

We Grew Our Team!
Max, Aneta and David, joined our sales team, and they hit the ground running, already reporting their first big wins! We also started using Behavera, a tool that helps make onboarding more effective and gives us a better sense of how well candidates fit both the role and the team. So far? It's working great!

Team Building in Italy Round 2
For the second year in a row, we swapped emails for mountains and headed off to Italy. The weather wasn't exactly on our side, but it didn't put a damper on the mood. One thing is clear: it looks like we kicked off a new tradition!

We Attended the Prague Bar Show!
The biggest B2B event in the Czech gastro scene? We couldn't miss it! We brought brand new roll-ups, showcased highlights from our latest projects, and even added a little something extra, NIO cocktails by Amazing Cocktails, for a tasty touch.

Seminar: Best of 3D
At the POPAI Central Europe seminar, we had the chance to show what solid 3D advertising can look like. Our brand and product manager, Viktor, presented the custom LEGO model of a dental chair created for Dentsply Sirona, a project that took first place in the prestigious POPAI Awards in the category "3D Advertising Theme Application." This was our first time entering the competition, and we took home gold! Not bad at all.

We Gave Our Website a Makeover!
Clearer, faster, and easier to navigate, our website now speaks your language! Each category explains more about what we do and why. We've also added new pages like the one dedicated to custom board games in collaboration with MIDU games. Check it out and see what we've been working on!

Valxon.com
We've launched the English version of our website, valxon.com. Making it easier for our international partners to explore everything we offer. Clear, accessible, and tailored for a global audience, it's a big step forward in our international presence!

Q1 Wrap-up
We closed out the first quarter with an all-hands meeting, where we reviewed results, OKRs, and updates from each team. The numbers spoke for themselves; the year got off to a fantastic start. And because we believe in celebrating a job well done, we ended the day with bowling, darts, and great food

Most Importantly? Dozens of Successful Deliveries!
The real action, however, happens off camera! At the start of the year, we've successfully delivered dozens of new products that are now bringing joy to our clients. Highlights include: A Dvojice card game for Dr. Max SK, a waterproof backpack for Ataccama, a custom Hyundai building set, and Monopoly for P3 Logistic Parks. And thats just a small taste of what we covered so far!
