Complaint Process
We are sorry that your order did not meet your expectations. To assess the situation as quickly as possible, please fill in the complaint form below.
Submission and Documentation
In the first step, you will complete a short form and attach detailed photos of the defect. The more precise the information you provide, the faster we can initiate the process.
Assessment by Our Operations Team
Your request will be reviewed by our team, who will also contact the supplier of the specific product. We will examine possible solutions and inform you of the outcome of the assessment and the acceptance of the claim within 14 days at the latest.
Proposal and Solution
For accepted claims, we will offer the most suitable solution: priority production of new items, replacement of goods, or a partial refund/discount. If the item is no longer in stock, we will propose an adequate alternative within a similar price range.
Closing the Complaint Process
We will finalize the claim according to the solution you choose. In the case of new production, we will ensure fast delivery to you. If necessary, we may ask you to return the defective items to us at our expense.
