Privacy policy

  • The personal data controller, VALXON s.r.o., Company ID: 09259171, with its registered office at Thámova 137/16, 186 00 Prague - Karlín, registered in the Commercial Register at the Regional Court in Ostrava, under C 82577 (hereinafter referred to as "the controller"), declares that all personal data processed by the controller is strictly confidential. The controller handles personal data in accordance with both national laws and the regulations of the European Union in the field of personal data protection.
  • The controller collects, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with Act No. 110/2019 Coll. on Personal Data Processing (hereinafter referred to as the Personal Data Processing Act), and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"). The specific purposes for which the controller processes personal data are further defined below.

We aim to continually improve our services and provide new and better ones, as well as protect against disruption of such activities; therefore, activities contributing to this goal are our legitimate interest. Legitimate interests also include processing for fraud prevention, direct marketing, internal administrative purposes within the business group, crime reporting, and data transfer to authorities, as well as ensuring network and information security.
  • Fulfillment of other legal obligations: Providing information to authorities in criminal proceedings, providing information to other public authorities, etc.

  • Your personal data will be processed for the time necessary to fulfill all rights and obligations arising from the mutual legal relationship, at least for the period required to process your order, complete the transaction, provide the service, etc. The data will also be stored for as long as required by the relevant legal regulations or for the period for which you have granted consent. Otherwise, the processing time is determined by the purpose for which the personal data is processed or is prescribed by legal regulations.
  • Personal data is processed manually and automatically by the controller. The controller is authorized to process certain information automatically, such as for generating statistical information about website traffic.
